Hello Instagram fam, and hello 2021! 👋🏼🤍 (Only 14 days late.) Took a bit of a hiatus the past few weeks on the blog, and it was NEEDED. 🙈 Between wedding planning in high gear as we tackle some of the bigger decisions and vendors, job CRAZINESS, holiday decompression, and the state of the world giving us a whole extra wave of anxiety, putting my phone down and focusing on taking it one day at a time was so necessary. 🙌🏼 But I do have to say, I missed this creative community! Glad to be back. 🤍 Hows the start of the New Year treating you?!

Has health been a priority for you this year? 🤍 [Giveaway below! #ad] Truthfully, at the start of the pandemic, I lost all motivation for my health goals. I wasn't eating as clean, my workout routine was nonexistent, and I wasn't fueling my body and mind the way I needed to.

I slowly started to climb back out of that rut, I felt the need to flip it back around.
