I’m back with another wedding planning update β and I am SO excited to finally hit publish on this one and share all of the details with you behind my bridesmaid proposal box! (And if you’re here for the shopping list, scroll all of the way down!)

Bridesmaid Proposal Box Theme
“It’s the little things.”
The three things I love most in life: my family, my friends, and celebrating the little moments to make the most of each and every day. I was SO excited to ask my besties to be my bridesmaids with these proposal boxes, full of meaningful gifts with symbolic touches β that ALL are centered around loving your every day routines, from layering on custom, meaningful jewelry, to little self-care moments.

DIY Bridesmaid Ask Cards
First things first, before diving into all of the custom and sentimental gifts, let’s talk about the cards! I created these in Photoshop using this incredible graphic design set from my favorite shop for digital goods like fonts, website designs, etc β the Creative Market. It was SO easy and let me bring my classic, vintage vision to life with ease! We’re also going to use these design elements for many things throughout our wedding day decor, so my girls lot a little sneak peek of all that’s to come.
I got all of my paper goods (including the cards, cardstock and envelopes) from here and had such a great experience!
In the bridesmaid proposal box, I used the same fonts for all of the tags, so the branding carried through (yes, your PR girl can’t help but consider the branding of her bridesmaid gifts).
What to Put in a Bridesmaid Proposal Box
Okay, now onto the rest of the box! I am SO excited to share all of the little gifts I put in my ask boxes, and the sentimental meaning behind them!
First, if you’re looking for a classic, simple box, I grabbed these from Amazon and thought the quality was fantastic! I have seen so many cute box trends, from acrylic shoe boxes, to wooden boxes, but ultimately, I wanted to keep my box design simple so the pieces inside could shine and my budget could go more heavily towards the gifts.

Jewelry Holder
“To have and to hold your wedding day jewelry and your accessories for our trips to come.”
I grabbed these travel jewelry holders (in our wedding day colors), thinking they would be so perfect for my girls for all of our big events and trips to come. Plus, it fit the theme perfectly with two new pieces of jewelry also within the bridesmaid proposal box… read on!

Bouquet Toss Bath Bomb
I am such a huge fan of all of The Mine Company’s bridal-themed products, and thought this bouquet toss floral bath bomb was such a fun and thematic self-care touch. A rule of thumb I read over and over for bridesmaid gifts is to be careful with how many wedding-themed gifts you give them that say “bridesmaid” or something similar, and might be used up until the wedding, and then tossed. This bath bomb was the perfect way to add a touch of wedding fun without going too over-the-top-bridesmaid, and therefor, wasteful.

Eco Tools Dry Brush and Jade Roller
Two of my favorite daily rituals are rolling out my face, and dry-brushing my body, so I had to pass the self-care love onto my girls! The rose quartz roller is the perfect travel size, and the dry brush is the same one I use daily and LOVE it β it’s the perfect density and shape.

Peony Gold Necklace
“Our wedding flower and my life-long favorite bloom.”
I knew I wanted to incorporate our wedding flower into the bridesmaid ask boxes, and when I saw these adorable, floral pendant necklaces, they immediately went into my cart. I didn’t love the packaging them came in (presentation is everything), so I ordered these craft jewelry boxes off Amazon, put the necklace inside, and topped it off with a little tag and a wax seal (the same wax seal we will be using throughout our wedding, too!).

Custom GLDN Bar Bracelet
“Vraie, meaning true in French. Thank you for being such a true friend, and a true, genuine person. When I think of who I want to surround myself with on my wedding day, I couldn’t think of anyone better.”
My very favorite piece that went into my bridesmaid ask boxes were these gorgeous, hand-crafted bar bracelets from GLDN. The quality is absolutely incredible, and all of my girls have said they never taken theirs off (shower and all) and they still look amazing. I got them all custom-made, and I think the simple “Vraie” is such a beautiful reminder to always stay true to yourself and your relationships.
After lots of excitement from you all on these, the GLDN team was also kind enough to give me a discount code. Code COLLECTIVELYKYLIE5 will get you $10 off your next order, and they have SO many beautiful pieces. If I could only have one of everything there…

Lakur Wedding Color Lacquers
And last but not least, could a bridesmaid box be complete without some nail lacquers? If you’ve followed along for some time now, you probably know my obsession with Lakur, so it was an obvious choice for me! I love how the colors Honeymoon and Bespoked matched our own wedding theme, and also had a fun wedding nod in the name.
